Jamey Chistensen, MHA

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Jamey brings over 20 years of expertise in building and scaling GTM revenue teams for early-stage healthcare companies. His leadership has driven organizations from pre-revenue to tens of millions in revenue, achieving growth rates of 3x. With a deep understanding of healthcare's complex ecosystem, Jamey has collaborated with providers, payers, patients, and health systems throughout his career.

Jamey’s leadership spans lead generation, pipeline development, forecasting, revenue operations, and account management. He has successfully led growth teams at renowned companies like Cerner, NextGen, Artera, and Sonifi Health and serves as an advisor and operating partner to equity-backed ventures. A passionate advocate for healthcare innovation, Jamey holds a Master’s in Health Administration from Saint Louis University.

Respected as a mentor and innovator, Jamey’s impact extends beyond revenue growth, leaving a lasting legacy on those he leads and the industry at large. Based in Orem, Utah, Jamey enjoys time with his wife of 30 years, their seven children, five grandchildren, nonprofit work, and cultivating his garden and fruit trees.

Aubrey Ibele, MEng

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Aubrey engineers healthcare and biotech companies for scale. With formal training in biology and biomedical engineering, she brings a systems-driven, analytical approach to building organizations that perform in complex, regulated environments.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Gonzaga University and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Colorado State University, Aubrey began her career in a synthetic biology laboratory and pharmaceutical quality control operations, where precision, process discipline, and repeatability were critical. She later applied that engineering mindset to marketing and revenue operations.

Aubrey has built and led cross-functional organizations from early growth to IPO, architecting lean commercial operations, scalable go-to-market systems, and performance metrics that support both execution and investor confidence. Known for treating company-building as an engineering problem, Aubrey identifies constraints, eliminates inefficiency, and designs systems that compound over time. By applying first-principles thinking, the scientific method, and disciplined execution, she consistently turns ambitious visions into operational reality.

Payton Riggs, MBA

Chief Commercial Officer

Payton spent 5 years as a D1 Track and Field athlete where he received his Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry and a MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare administration. His intensely competitive nature and drive to win led Payton to transition to door-to-door sales where he was responsible for cold calling campaigns, recruiting, and leading sales teams. Under his leadership, his team generated $1.6 million in 3 months, grew company revenue by 15%,  and increased the team's close ratio by 25%.
